The staff were exceptionally helpful. Delicious breakfast with great coffee. Fantastic free underground parking. Lovely pebble beach across the street. Close to train station for easy access to Cinque Terre. Wonderful restaurant nearby.
Hard to think of anything.

Front desk staff were very helpful and the restaurant staff were great. It's in a good location between Le Cinque Terre and Portofino area. Guests should avail themselves to Michael's knowledge of the area.
Servicing of the room was very average at best. There was water on the floor when we returned at the end of the day. Soaps, shampoos etc were not replaced when finished. A wet towel left on the bidet bowel remained there for the stay duration while others were placed in the correct location. Plastic drink cup was not replaced even though it had remnants of vino in it.

close to Cinque Terre, less than 10 mins by tirain. was surprised tha we had to pay 5 euro each to access to walk at Cinque Terre, although part of it was closed for safety reasons.
located right beside the construction works, noise begins at 8am , was not informed at hte time of booking.Bread for breakfast could be lot better. crossients were not nice, not homemade.... bit disappointing more selection of cerealsonly had two types covered in choc which are suitable for kids.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and close to the railway station. The staff are friendly and the rooms come with a balcony, offering a pleasant view. The breakfast provided is also delicious.
No negative aspects to mention, everything was great!

The staff was very hospitable. Situated right by the waterfront and close to a small drogheria. Conveniently close to the railway station.
Some small restaurants available nearby, but to get a nicer meal you have to travel to some of the surrounding villages/cities (like Miky's in Monterosso or Polpo Mario in Sestri Levante).

The complimentary breakfast and the dinner were all super. great food and Marco's mommy is the best cook in the neighbourhood. The young girl at the reception mentioned to us about the trail about Cinque Terre. We followed her recommendation and had a wonderful day on the trail.

We spent the New Year in a small town near Portofino and Cinque Terre and it was amazing! the hotel was perfect for us - very reasonably priced for what it offered. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to visit the surrounding areas and even selling us train tickets. We loved the comfortable beds and the daily breakfast, which included boiled eggs, omelettes, cheese, and ham. the hotel was ideally located, within walking distance from the train station and the beach.
however, we had a wonderful and relaxing time, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great value and welcoming stay in this beautiful area of Italy.

We spent Christmas at this cozy hotel and we loved it! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. We enjoyed the ample breakfast spread that included fresh fruit, creamy yogurt, and delicious pastries. Plus, the location couldn't be better as it was just a short walk from the train station and the beach. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of olive oil that we received upon departure.
That the rooms were a bit small and some were a little noisy due to the hotel's location, however, this wasn't a big issue for us as we spent most of our time exploring the surrounding areas. we had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient getaway.
